After a successful mission to No10 in the summer, Singletons will be showcasing their PDO cheese, Beacon Fell Creamy Traditional Lancashire, to Government ministers and the national press at the second DEFRA roadshow, highlighting the fantastic and specialised food products available in the UK. Richard Green who attended the Downing Street roadshow thinks this could be a worthwhile long term venture.
